And Mr. Suwanna must pay the expenses for the election of the Member of Parliament for Bueng Kan Province, Constituency 2 on 14 May 2023, which caused the Supreme Court to order a new election, in the amount of 9,852,954.13 baht, together with interest at the rate of 5 percent per annum of the said principal, from the date of the petition (petition filed on 27 August 2024) onwards until payment is complete. If the Ministry of Finance changes the interest rate by issuing a Royal Decree at any time, it shall be adjusted accordingly, plus an additional rate of 2 percent per annum, but not exceeding 5 percent per annum, as requested.
